After few years I live in our own space (not share with any body), I found that our kitchen just needs few things:

I have few cast iron pans 6", 8", and 12". I used 12" for fried rices, stir-fry dishes,... I also have 10.5" griddle cast iron (I used most for pan cake, tortilla, crepe).
